"Excellent range of goodies for afternoon tea. Tables well spaced out. However the whole experience was spoiled by the lack of staff. Took minutes for someone to come to the podium to take us to our table. There seemed to be plenty staff there at that time. Order went in about minutes later. Coffee pots arrived in minutes then a further minutes for the food to arrive. Staff then disappeared a full minutes until a member of staff appeared again. Had to attract their attention to get a refill on the coffee. It may be they were dealing with live in guests but as people were booked in for afternoon tea there should have been dedicated staff to cover the diners there. The food choice was excellent haggis bon bons were amazing. The poor service let it down"
