"Yes, the service is a little slow, but I understand they have a lack of personnel. BUT! The staff who are here are wonderful and I couldn't ask anything else. The food is ALWAYS fresh, hot and delicious! I had a Captain D in my hometown, but unfortunately not. Go on, guys! Do not let the annoying, impatient customers scare off your brilliant service."

"The place is next to a gas station. fried catfish and chicken with a side of dirty rice also contain a roll and a meat cake. by the look alone it was unflattering. taste on the other side was quite good. the star of the show had to be the cat. the teig was crispy and the cat was fluffy and moist and tasteful. they give them what I suspect is homemade tartaric acid sauce that was ok and beautifully paired with the cat. close second was the huh, the plate came a thigh and a bit, again it was crispy and damp. it was just really spiced, not spicy and not bland. Thirdly, the meat cake, it was like a ground beef taco, but with a baked tortilla? it was a good desolation. he needed a little bit of the louisiana to go with it. my least favorite was the dirty rice side, it was dry and lack of taste and substance. brotrolle tasted like a run of the mill prepacked roll, so nothing to write about. all at this place has quite good catfish and huh. in any case it is worth to get along. the side I got was a miss, so much luck."

"Awesome fresh seafood. Super large fried shrimp. We placed our order and had it cooked fresh on our table in just a few minutes. We barely got our drinks and silverware before they were calling us for our food. The mozzarella sticks are the best in town. Large and soft with a crisp outside. Friendly staff helps as well. I was a little disappointed that the did not decorate for Christmas, but that didn't affect te flavor of the food. This place is consistent. They filter their grease enough that the fried food is always great. Never over fried and hard. Particularly important with oysters. Get the $50 gift card for $40 cash. It's the way to go!"

"Hush Puppies are phenomenal didn't know they are served before the meal. What a soft fluffy surprise! The lunch specials are great and plenty with their side variations. The fried catfish filet was great! Quick service but they were pretty empty for a late lunch."
