"We had the conch fritters to start, and they were crispy and delicious, especially with the sauce. For the main course I had the shrimp pot, and it came with a ton of shrimp. It was the first restaurant on Ocean City, where I felt like I got my money's worth. It was a little spicy, with all of the seasoning, but no complaints! Then we finished off with monkey bread, which is sweet and delicious! An all around good meal was had by all!"

"My grand daughter and I traveled to Ocean City for the long weekend. We googled Rippons after seeing a sign and based on reviews decided to have dinner there our first full day in OC. After inquiring about the 'fish and chips ' basket, we were told the fish was 'Hake ', I actually grew up eating Hake in Baltimore (many years ago), it was a Friday staple and I 've always loved the taste of the fish. After living and traveling to many places in the US and not being able to find Hake fish, whenever I would go back to Baltimore I would always intentionally make a stop somewhere to purchase. I was SO happy to find out Rippons actually had the fish. We enjoyed it SO much we went back and had lunch on the day we were leaving OC. Thanks for taking me down memory lane Rippons!"

"Thought we would try this restaurant today 7/23/2022. Food was subpar, did not taste fresh! Hush puppies were hard as a rock. Soft shell crab was over fried. They fried the Salmon! Baked potato was old. Crab soup tasted like sweet pudding. Had a mojito, had to send it back. Lost my appetite. Very disappointed. The stars are for the server Suzy who was very nice."

"Excellent food! The waitress Candace was amazing, offering great suggestions. You can tell that she cares that you have a great meal. The appetizer was the most delicious steamed shrimp. I had the seafood platter. My husband had the Triple Trifecta. Take time to walk around and definitely visit the gift shop. The restaurant does not stay open all year so call before you visit! We were there late September. This year they close October 15. We didn't visit the Sneaky Pete area but will do so next time!"
