"Honestly, I'm surprised this place isn't more popular! I have always looked at it like the generic Popeyes or KFC, but that title still holds to churches! Lol. This chicken was great! Not super flavorful like other places, BUT the texture and feel of the chicken was great! The sides are definitely a point of greatness. The Corn Nuggets are a rare treat and definitely worth trying. The mashed potatoes and gravy (white gravy) were a great consistency, and also a great flavor! Mac was lacking gusto, but it was ok. Fries we great, sauce options were great....I will definitely return! The service was pretty great too. The cashier was patient with us (first time visit), she was open to me askimg.for recommendations, and brought the food) including a late ordered French fry order) to our table....over all great!"

"Great atmosphere. Had a real good time. We had the oysters, crab cakes and a couple of drinks. The oysters were the best I’ve had in Oklahoma. The drinks were top notch too. The inside of the restaurant had some really secluded tables looked like you could have a nice private dinner. We went at lunch. I say lunch about 3pm and there were still people lined up."

"Nice inside, our waiter was attentive and served us well. But the food....it was just simply not good. We got the Gumbo, collard greens, crab boil, and crawfish boil. The gumbo was watered down an mostly broth. The crab boil was cold with zero flavor just bland same for the crawfish cold everything. We were searching for that pop or some kind of seasonings but it was just bland. The clarified butter was what seemed to be straight vegetable oil and not the ghee creamy goodness you dip your seafood in. Collard greens were good I'll give it that, had a nice vinager bite to it as well as the biscuit. Our bill total was $112 which we don't mind paying if our pallet and tummys leave happy but over all it was underwhelming and overpriced. Due to this we wont be returning. 2 stars because our waiter was nice."

"I loved the ribs. they are thick, juicy and delicate with a beautiful smokey taste. the Mac cheese had an unusual taste, very buttery. I do not see the appeal of the bbq chips at all; they are crispy, but almost tasteless. the waiter is very sweet and the prices are reasonable for grill to the current meat rates. they also have a neat small shop with grill stoppers."
