"Bomboca is not her normal caffe, it is an institution! it is a tiny portal to Portuguese feed and drink, a corner for those who run away from tasteless food world out. bifana better than most places in portugal? check them (subjective demand warning here). coffee better than most places in the lowlands? yes (objective claim). great people who make and serve this? yes. toasts that are from this world? yes! more cozy place in arnhem? yes. limited seating? safe, sometimes (see the note below), but they can go around the park, or go around in beautiful hidden gardens of spijkerkwartier for 10 minutes and come back because honestly it is worth waiting and it is not as if they were saving the world or whatever."

"Beautiful seating area on the outside. Overlooking a water structure with small fountains . Try the tequila based drinks and the cocktails. Beautiful presentation and great taste. I ordered the nachos and they were a tad below my expectations for a Mexican restaurant, some ordinary bars serve a better mix. But the beautiful terrace and the friendly service still bumps this place to a 4"

"June 2022 They’re an amazing dinner spot with a lot of options. It’s an Asian fusion restaurant. There’s quite a few dinner options stone plate, stone bowl and sushi with various meat options. The menu is very clearly marked with what’s gluten free or not and so far I haven’t had any reaction. Unfortunately the dessert options are lacking just one ice cream if I remember correctly but I think it was mango flavor? . June 2023 After one year, we were back in the area and naturally went back to this restaurant. Unfortunately in between the menu has changed and it’s no longer easy to know what exactly is gluten free and what your options are. Before you order your meal, you have to discuss what you want to order with the manager ? and they will tell you if it’s possible or not. I wasn’t very confident with the situation and managed to convince the manager ? to discuss my order with the chef and confirm that it can truly be made gluten free. We ordered the chicken stone bowl and the lamb stone plate. Only the sauce in the original dish contains gluten and can be swapped out for an alternative. I didn’t have a reaction which I was pleased about but I’m a bit reluctant to recommend them as a safe reliable option. The one waiter had no idea what gluten free is and the other said that they don’t really do that anymore because they can’t guarantee it will be safe etc etc."
