"Easy 5 star experience, 6 for me. It's a Cafe, seat yourself, go up to order, get a buzzer and wait for your food or order and wait for your coffee. The counter is towards the back left. If just getting ice cream the counter is on the left just inside. Food is all home made feeling like the Mac and cheese or old world perfect like their Reuben. The Latte's are amazing and very authentic. I'll add photos next time. Ice cream is some of the best you can get. You don't regret a visit."

"Fresh, hot, and self service. I would like it if more restaurants took on this approach. I personally get their burger because it?s fresh grilled. Their Bailiwick beef bowl is good, but due to the menu having a rotation I don?t know if this is always available. This is a awesome spot, it has a fast food style model of self seating, service, and clean up. However, it is worth the trip. My only suggestion is to get what you want in line once you?re at the counter including refills because the line can be long after you get your food."

"Came here for ice cream, order was messed up but we took it anyways. Before our order was taken, my boyfriend asked the guy at the ice cream window how he was doing, only being polite, and his response was ?shitty, thanks for asking.? I guess I appreciate the honesty but if you hate your job that much, one that you decided to take, just quit at that point. Place is also filthy and just smells of grease, not very sanitary."
