"Made my reservation with Open Table for arrived and we were seated in the bar area per our request. From there it went left the place was busy and it look as if the restaurant was understaffed, as well as employees ladies chatting each other up. We ordered drinks along with several items from the Happy Hour menu. Our drinks arrived timely the food didn’t, when the food did arrive it wasn’t the complete order. We were done with the drinks theorder incomplete food arrived lukewarm. We weren’t given plates, couldn’t find the waitress. I went to the bar myself ask for plates and extra napkins. When the waitress did appear with the rest of the food order, we ordered another round of drinks with one shot on the side. After sometime the waitress returned with the drinks and Two shots. At some point in our dining another waitress comes over and says she’s servicing our table because our waitress is on a break. She wasn’t any better in terms of asking if we needed anything else. I don’t usually use the restroom before leaving the restaurant it was disgusting"

"The staff was very supportive and helpful, the drinks were delicious and the store was very clean. The only issue is that there is a major heating problem. The temperature outside on my visit was 74 yet inside it felt like 85. When i asked the staff if they could turn on the air conditioning, they informed me that it already is on, and that this is normal for this store. I can't even imagine working there when its 75 degrees outside, let alone 100 degrees in the summer. Management needs to fix this issue immediately. Not only is it brutal for the employees, having them sweat and suffer while making drinks is very unsafe and unsanitary because they might sweat into the drinks. If you're okay with customers drinking sweat filled macchiatos while your employees are toiling away in an oven, by all means continue as normal. Otherwise please fix the air conditioning system."

"I would say the food was overall very good. Nicely presented with some modern twists. Spice level was good. Perhaps a bit more on the expensive end considering pretty standard Thai dishes. I was mainly disappointed by their cocktails. We had several different kinds, and although they were good, they were not as we expected flavor wise. For example, I was excited to try the Thai Ice Tea martini, because who doesn't love Thai Ice Tea...and it really barely tasted like the beloved drink (more like a hint). Same with the Lychee cocktail. I was expecting delicious Lychee flavor, and it tasted more lemony. We also got the Matcha Creme Brulee and it came out under cooked and watery, so they had to bring out another one. I plan to come back and try their Happy Hour menu...probably not for dinner though."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"Had the Jalapeno Philly burger. My first thought is this burger and fries are very small. But it was a very good burger! Fries also very good, cooked perfectly. I would give 5 stars if the burger were larger.Food: 4/5"

"I have eaten pho here more times than I can count. By far best bowl of pho in the bay. The owner has a lot of care and respect for both his restaurants. You will not regret making this restaurant your number one choice for pho. Additionally, great appetizers and awesome green tea waffle with coconut ice cream dessert. Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee are awesome."
