"The Eiscafé toscanini is located directly on the Kiel inner town in the Germaniahafen. In the Germanishafen are small motor boats and older smaller sailboats, which are very good to see and admire from the ice cream café. In the Eiscafé toscanini there are seats inside, outside the ice cream café, seating groups are decorated in beautiful weather. In summer it is always a real highlight if you can sit here, have the fresh sea air of the Kieler Förde in the nose and enjoy their ice cream, cake or coffee. A few days ago we were here in the early afternoon, the weather was quite modest, we were looking for a place in the window. We were lucky because it wasn't much going on because of the weather this afternoon. The small ice card is placed on each table in a card holder so that the guest can make his choice in peace. From the hot apple strudel, cakes and cakes there is of course a rich selection of different ice cups. For children, for example, there is the Pinocchio cup with ice and smarties or the Mickey mouse cup. Fruit cups are also offered in various variants. You can even have breakfast in the morning. After we had waited for a while, we also ordered the hot apple strudel and a latte Macchiatto. Shortly later, the operation came back to our table to tell us that currently no raspberries are available. So we ordered the strawberry pot as an alternative. The drinks were brought to the table very quickly. Also on the ice cup and the apple strudel we did not have to wait long. It was really delicious in taste, even from the strawberry cup I could taste delicious. I could watch the ice cups and the cake counter. The operation led most of the time every private phone call. But that didn't bother me until the service at the guest did not suffer. Finally, the one service was closed and was replaced by the other colleague, where we then paid. After payment, I took up the toilets again. These are unfortunately quite narrow here, but everything is clean and tidy. All in one it was a nice afternoon, our coffee deck was delicious, here we will come back. Finally, one should say that the ice cream café has a really good location. Right next door is the Norwaykai with the great Color Line ferries from and to Oslo. In addition, you can also take the cake and the ice cream or be packed."
