"In a middle business night had 2h waiting time on pizza. I have to collect 30 minutes before the pizza was actually ready. Asked for status and we do not receive any information. Bad service, attentive staff. Better pizza with better service on the high street of roll."

"Great place for family visit! the owner daniel governs this place very friendly. the pizza quality depends on the cook. sometimes it is delicious la-pizza.ch level of pizza, but sometimes only moderately unfortunately. I make a discount that it is a beginning of moaning or neffing the owner. be they a customer from his old epesses location and will be in the future! just love it."

"We enjoyed a really outstanding lunch on the beautiful and shady terrace of Auberge de Rivaz with view on the lake. I was surprised to find such a high quality restaurant in this small Swiss village. The quality of the food was really excellent and the staff took great care in making sure all our needs were met. The food is outstanding and beautifully presented. Portions are not that big though, so we had to order dessert after having finished our main course to make sure we had enough energy to continue our walk along the vineyards. To be honest the food is expensive, but the quality makes up for that."

"After having read a raving review calling this place (and the fried perch) “Magical”, we tried multiple times to reserve a table… to no avail. Always fully booked; lunch and dinner alike. So when luck was finally on our side, expectations were high. Whilst the welcome was cordial and the location genuinely idyllic – right by the water and next to the owner’s fishing boat – the establishment itself looks rundown and is in desperate need of a makeover. Mind you, this is not a typical restaurant, but rather a simple fisherman’s shack with a kitchen and a few tables in front. But just the same, it all looks pretty shabby and not very orderly. Moreover, eating while the resident cat licks clean the dirty dishes on the kitchen counter – and then jumps on your table to taste the (delicious) ice cream – is not at all appetizing. Verdict: Been there and done that, but “magical” it was not!"
