"Excellent gelato selection along with some refreshing sorbets. The coffee is decent and the croissants are pleasantly delicate. The service is friendly but may get a little overwhelming during busy hours. Parking can be a challenge for those who just don't want to walk, but this is worth the extra effort as there is a parking lot towards the back."

"Very rude associated in black working polo named maritiza to your 8752 s sepulveda blvd, los angeles 90045 location. I love yoghurtland like me #PinkBerry but with a franchise business manager like she leaves a taste in my mouth heart! She has failed from my experience and should be trained. There was a misunderstanding about how much was free on my birthday reward, as I mixed up my reward from #Menchies and I added it to her, but she was very controversial and rude to me before other customers! Just rude! I should have come to this place, as my first mind told me! UGH! I hope Anna submits my complaint to the cooperation office and does not torture her in the garbage. Now I am without my yogurt this place gets 5 stars, Westchester location gets ZILCH due to its staff behavior"

"I like Pinkberry. To be honest I haven't had it in years, and we wanted something sweet so we decided to stop by. I will say it is a real tiny location and there's so many workers but only 1 helping us and another customer. When I say so many workers, I mean that in relation to how small the ice cream area is. They can barely help two customers at a time. So if a customer is being slow and picky, we are doomed. Lol. Other than that, the servings were nice and hefty. Fair prices. It was delicious and the topping choices are plentiful. Easy parking too because it's in a huge shoppint plaza."
