"Visited last week for lunch with a group of friends. Plenty of choices on the lunch menu. I had stuffed mushrooms followed by veal milanese. I then had the chocolate fondant for desert. Great service"

"Shocked, this place is dire, tried to order a cheese and chitney yorkie wrap… sorry we dont have any, we inly have white bread ??? If i wanted a cheese sandwich i would have got one in tesco for £2, not pay nearly £6, so i passed on that, husband had gammon and mustard in dry white, stale bread and roast potatoes that were clearly left overs that had been microwaved, turning them into rubber balls. And a pot of brown gloop they called gravy, grandaughter had a dish of microwaved mac and cheese and a pot of baked bean mush. Disgusting is the only word to describe it. A pint of guiness was served in a glass that had been used for some sort of blackcurrant drink, it smelt and tasted of it. And to cap it off, there are no ladies toilets"

"We went for the unlimited lunch buffet for £29.50 inclusive of wine and beer. Tons of starters including prawns, roasted aubergine, mushrooms, sausages, corn on the cob, ribs, fish and chicken goujon, pizza amd so much more. You choose 1 main from a large selection and then buffet desssets crème caramel, apple pie and custard, cherry and chocolate cake, amaretto cake, fresh strawberries and raspberries, panna cotta and loads more. Honestly the best value for money and really tasty food. The staff are so friendly and they have a 2 piece band going round the tables singing and playing an accordion. Go and judge for yourself we’ll definitely be going back?"

"The food at Melih has always been good, I have returned time and again, however, be aware of the “House wine”, this has changed from a half decent wine to a very very cheap £2.99 bottle of Silver Bay wine which is 8% in strength and really ought not to be charged at £20 per bottle, I would advise paying £22 for the Pinot Grigio, overall worth a visit for the food Service: Dine in"

"I believe the tiredness that every londoner has eaten with Persian is well deserved that I still wait for the Identticit cuisine to best fish and chips or curry or whatever the current love of the nation, but I don't think it will take too long. as such there is really not much to say about ariana really; they will already know what to expect, how they cost it all before. but what ariana was different was the subtle brilliant time we all had. eating is not necessarily always about eating (most certainly not for a non-food like me), and it says a lot that we were able to enjoy our time there for over three hours on a Saturday night, away on the stage seats....read more"

"I would like to make a complaint against Barkingside branch but unsure where to make this complaint! I went and placed an order for 2 shakes and ice cream, I waited and the young guys decided to serve fluttering girls before us, making me and my young kids wait outside. This is an unnecessary unacceptable behaviour. I questioned them and they said it was only couple of shakes but so was mine!!!"

"We walked here from Burger King as their shakes machine was out of order (as usual). It was the first time we had visited but it won't be the last. The shakes were loved by all but what I liked was the atmosphere and the...incredibly happy staff. I think we'll have to take the bus, as parking in the area is a problem."
