"23.04.2017 During our holiday on the island of Poel we also drove to Schwerin. There we wanted to visit Café X-ray in the architecturally unusual historical column building that dominates the market in front of the cathedral. We actually wanted to take a snack or a small meal at lunchtime. This, however, means Johann's after his architect Johann Busch. I don't know if the name change was also associated with a change in ownership. But he didn't do the location well. This time we found space on the terrace overlooking the market. The first disappointment was that the kitchen was completely closed at noon and not even small dishes were offered. So we did not enjoy the basically offered Mediterranean cuisine. Warm kitchen is only available in the evening. Actually, we should have gone back in a minute, but we had another appointment and we had no time to look for another place. A look at the cake show also disappointed me. There it was found on a Tuesday only cakes, but not an at least almost complete cake. This caused me the suspicion that it was remnants of the weekend, so that 3 of 4 people we came to do without cake. That's how we got a drink. The one piece of cake ordered taste better than it looks on the photo. The service was neither very friendly nor unfriendly. The higher prices for drinks and cakes are likely to be on the exposed location with magnificent views from the outdoor terrace to the market with the historic town hall and the house Emblem. Overall, this time we were disappointed by the location."

"Price performance absolutely top! The wild goulash and the rose cabbage were absolutely pointed and even the child carving for my daughter tasted totally delicious! The service could have been a little more attentive (to ask for drinks), but was very friendly and polite. Negative: a lady in the service did not adhere to the masquerade. Unfortunately very bad in the current times. Conclusion : we will come back when it goes on. Hold on!"
