"Not as it used to be. The terremoto was very good, but the chorrillana was dried and needed more egg. Also we found a hair in the chips and they lied about the payment method"

"During our stay in Valparaiso visited twice. The case isn't very clear, but certainly worth visiting. Once you get inside, you go to an old stairs 1 floor and end up in the real bar. The institution is very original, the walls are removed from the balcony structure and door frames. Outside two beautiful areas between an apartment building, a surprising view of the mountains, the port and the city. Less cards with sandwiches and the best tapas we've eaten for a long time. The bold taste let us try all the tapas. That combination of hot cocktails and delicious wine and kind service makes this a unique place in the busy Valparaiso."

"A colleague of our daughter recommended this hotel, thanks to Blake. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some people might be disappointed that there are no TVs or refrigerators in the rooms, but we have nothing to do with the omission at all. The safe and towel heater in the bathroom are very nice amenities. I recommend a taxi from the bus station Turo because of the slope and distance from the bus stop of the city, unless you are physically more fit than we are. The view from the roof restaurant and the quality of the food were excellent. Some critics thought the servers were unstoppable, but I believe that this is due to the cultural difference between Chile and the USA. The staff was very covered and they do not try to push you out of the restaurant."

"We live at Pasta e Vino Hostel in Valparisio, so we tried the restaurant below. The prices are at the top, as many other reviewers have indicated, but the food is quite delicious here. Try it out when you prepare good quality well prepared food. The Abalone Raviolis (which is not so easily available where we live) was excellent. The Chiramaya Panna Cotta was refreshing. Diego (also a somolier) was in point with his wine recommendations. He was super helpful in looking for food in the restaurant as well as other wines while bringing back home in Chile. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful."
