"Location might be open 24/7 but after 10p will only accept grub hub door dash Uber eats. Therefore making this location useless. Doors to lobby also locked. interesting how location is open for those orders but not drive thru new drive thru orders…weird."

"Before I start my review, a comment to other customers, cut these guys some slack, they're understaffed and still absolutely killing it, unless you've worked in customer service and have dealt with severe understaffing, please try to be more understanding and considerate. They are people too. The only Friendly's I'll come to.The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Even when dealing with being severely understaffed, they keep a smile on their faces and do their best.I truly hope that their hard work and constant excellence in customer service is being recognized and rewarded. They deserve it!My boyfriend and I came here today and they only had one server, Anastasia, she was wonderful, despite being the only server. She was so pleasant. The hostess was awesome too. This place has a truly amazing team on hand. We kept seeing the hostess and kitchen crew come up front to help buss tables and help the server, awesome team work!We'll definitely be back. I hope they end up getting more staff for their own sake and sanity."

"I haven 't eaten at a Panera Bread in many years, so this was all sort of new to me. The three of us ordered items with the 2 for designation, but it appears that the cashier rang it up incorrectly and we instead paid for two full meals each at the full price. My wife was taking care of payment so I didn 't really pay attention to the total, but when we sat down to wait for our food, I was a bit surprised by the total. We had a receipt but it just had the total, and not a breakdown of what we ordered. Odd. When the food arrived, it didn 't seem like they were half sized portions, so that is likely what happened. No, we didn 't go complain to thw cashier, as it was probably too late. Anyways, the tables weren 't that clean, but somebody did often empty the area where you return the plates and silverware. The drinks were overpriced and the food was okay. The Cobb Salad that I had was good, but the teriyaki chicken broccoli bowl wasn 't that good. I 'm not sure what was the name of the fancy rice that they used, but I didn 't like it, and neither did my daughter who also ordered that same bowl. My wife had soup and salad and she liked it, but wasn 't crazy about the expensive iced tea that she bought. So, the place was okay, not great, and we were overcharged. I won 't be coming back here for a while."

"I love coffee shops so much and I know what good coffee is supposed to taste like! This place doesn’t disappoint at all! It’s one of the best! The staff are also very friendly and helpful with the menu. And quick to giving discounts or even graciously serving me when I accidentally showed up at closing time one time. So glad to have this place in Allentown city!"
