"I had heard about frankie through a vegan group and knew that I had to try it when we returned to kelowna. I can say I was blown away! before was my fave place on a small island in the South Pacific. everything was so incredibly delicious, but the poke stack was like nothing else. it was so tasteful and beautifully presented. first I thought the aubergine was actually fish I loved. it tasted not fishy, but surely it looked like that, including the texture of the aubergin cubes. I wish fwsy would be closer to home as I would be there every week!"

"Staff was wonderful. I went at noon of July 11; the two baristas working were nice and super attentive with my orders. I did not feel rushed at all like at most cafes where the customer interaction is only a really quick transaction, so they can go on with the next person. Great overall!"

"The staff here really cares about their customers and their satisfaction if something isn’t right, they also work extremely hard, as someone who comes in pretty much every day for an iced coffee, extra cream and no liquid cane, if it happens to be busy and they make a mistake…there’s no attitude, they’re so nice. As someone who’s worked in the customer service/food industry (starbucks in the past, I know good customer service when I see it! Absolutely lovely people who work immensely hard in a difficult customer service job. PS: the new hire, Adam, works his butt off!! an absolute all-star, he’s always running around doing his job super efficiently. He’s definitely become my favourite very quickly : Great job Adam! EDIT: Adam actually has been working at Mcdonald’s for a year! No wonder he’s so good at his job!"

"Went for my morning coffee yesterday but the store wasn't open, I was 5 mins too early but Roshsean accommodated me and I appreciate his kind service and warm welcoming. I asked him if it was ok to leave a review and he says yes. Great customer service....."

"First time visit to new location and VERY disappointed. Cupcakes were dry, tasted old and the so called buttercream was just awful. Service was off putting and product not up to par. Take a pass and just buy something from the grocer. Less expensive and probably better."
