"I am not a fan of McDonald's.What I do like... - Their $1 cold coffee specials in the summer (although now it's only for medium or small... not large anymore).- Their mediterranian wrap is really good. I find the Sante Fe wrap too spicy and too dry if you ask for no sauce. - I LOVED the shrimp wrap they had but it was only for a limited time in the summer of 2014. I am sad to see it go!- I enjoyed the lobster roll they had a couple of years ago, but again only a summer special.I wish they would keep some of these items on the menu permanently.I am pescetarian, and there is very little on their menu keeping me interested.I never go in the winter... but depending on what specials they have in the summer... I will still enjoy the ice coffee, but that's about it.As for the attentiveness of their staff... that's a thumbs down!Each time I ordered a egg mcmuffin (no meat)... I always got it with meat! When I complained, they didn't understand what the problem was and one time, as an I'm sorry, they sent me 4 coupons a free BIG MAC! TO A VEGETARIAN! Not impressed.I'll stick to the ice coffee and perhaps a wrap but only in summer."

"You come here for a simple reason it's super friendly and cosy. It's so eclectic you forget you are in Ottawa and can think of it as a place in Haight-Ashbury. The coffee drinks are good but not amazing however the tea selection is very nice and the sweets are pretty good. I would come back, but with they had Wi-Fi coverage!"

"Very expensive. I got an iced latte with caramel today, 7$ for a 12 oz cup, half filled with ice, and I found a fruit fly in it! Their only saving grace are the great croissants, also pricey though. It's pretty crazy when Starbucks is the cheaper option. Walked out with my iced coffee and croissant for just under 14$."

"For years I have always been a fan of this place and I was really excited to reopen it in the last weeks! I love the innovative menu and cocktails; there are too many Asian restaurants that have a generic menu that you would expect to be knocked down against each other while Saigon is everything else!
