"NO LONGER ALL YOU CAN EAT!!! They do not tell you that when you come in, asked and they said they they stopped it as it was too costly for them to continue all you can eat… hence why it is completely empty here at dinner rush…So we just drank our imported beer which the staff were not happy about (could hear them talking trash about us from behind the counter and service went down hill) as they aren’t a “Bar” so we left to go elsewhere.Will never return to this establishment again!"

"Firstly, why is this place even on the Open Table App for reservations? Every time we reserve and show up, they never have our reservation and act like we have two heads.During our most recent visit on Friday we nearly froze to death. They sat us right next to the waiting area and every time the door opened, the minus wind chill came in and froze us. My parents who are senior citizens had to eat with their winter coats on and were still cold. A good hostess would have recognized their age and placed us away from the immediate cold air.Our food was pretty good although it was slow in arriving and some meals were slightly warm at best. Our waitress was quite grumpy and we all noticed as she slammed our extra plates onto the table. She had to be reminded about drink refills as well. The only time she seemed pleasant was when we were paying.This Swiss Chalet has certainly taken a nose dive in quality. We’ve been coming here since it originally opened but our visits are becoming less frequent due to the poor service. It’s a shame because when the food and service are as we expect we really enjoy dining here"

"We got take out yesterday and never again will I order from this place. Simple order. Maverick special 5 pounds and fries. And a club sandwich and small salad. Over $100. (Which is a little crazy when you see how much food you actually get. Pretty sad) I pick up the food and come home. My son is excited for some fries and no fries. Now I have a youngin crying while trying to watch my 49ers dominate. My wife calls to let them know they forgot the fries and crickets. They could care less. Spend $100 on 5 pounds of wings and a club sandwich. The apology was pathetic and didn’t even try to make the situation better. Never again will we eat at Wild Wing. They should just close that location. Big win by the 49ers tho. Only thing that would have made it better was some fries."

"Stopped here from Toronto for a quick bite to eat. The smell as you walk in is disgusting. Had to use the washrooms and both male and female wreeked. In the end, we didn't order and left. The smell was so bad we didn't want...to eat or spend another second there. I don't recommend. Other fast food chains close by were much better! Wendy's is loosing market."
