"Finally an office day in Dresden. After the many months in which only customer location or home office was possible, this is a really good development. Of course, colleagues have been seen through video several times a week, but life is life. Since the lunch service in Dresden is more than opulent, we decided to go to the city centre with our colleagues to find a location for us. We were busy between the Dresden Altmarkt and the shopping stamp “Altmarktgalerie”. Here the “X-Fresh” fits directly into the passage to the large shopping stamp. The "X-Fresh" is built as a large glass box that allows a bright and friendly atmosphere inside. In the outdoor area, the warmer season attracts more tables. But also in the cold season these are often used as there are terrace rays. The “X-Fresh” is more than just a bistro. It is specialized in fresh coffee with various brands. But freshly squeezed smoothies and juices as well as homemade lemonades and ice teas are also offered. Cocktails can be enjoyed in the late evening. The prepared foods should be made from fresh ingredients, and what is very important, especially lactose and gluten-free. Many of the dishes are also vegan. So we threw ourselves in the glass and were received by a young lady. She accompanied us to a table at the window, and the maps or more flyers were river by hand. These have already seen better times and could be exchanged. Menu noodles always go. So I thought I'd take the Pasta Carbonara for €11.90. In the pasta it is possible to choose whether it should be the classic spaghetti, the rotated spotlight, whole grain noodles or gluten-free noodles. Pasta Selection I decided quite classic for the spaghetti. As an additional drink, there had to be something sweet for me today, and what could be different for me strawberry lover than a self-made strawberry for € 4.70. Our drinks didn't last long, and I really have to say that the iced tea was quite delicious. Apparently from fresh strawberries, this iced tea was so thick that you could not even look through the glass. And he didn't taste artificial, the fresh strawberry aroma and the strawberry scent seemed clear. Strawberry for 4,70 € After a short quarter of an hour our noodles were in place. My steaming spaghetti Carbonara I wanted with Parmesan. That was scattered over the big pile of spaghetti. The Carbonara was pleasantly spicy and creamy, with many fried bacon cubes. No finished products. The spaghetti itself is not too soft, yet pleasant to bite, but they also did not stick to the teeth. Cooked to the exact point. A delicious lunch, and certainly a reason to stay here. Spaghetti Carbonara My conclusion: I left €16.60 in “X-Fresh” and cannot complain. A modern furnished, cozy bistro, friendly service. That's it."
