"My first time to dine at Hukad was at their SM Lanang branch in Davao in late 2015. It was a very good experience good food, cozy ambiance, attentive staff. When I saw this branch at Robinson 's Butuan, I knew I had to have...dinner here I missed Hukad 's sizzling squid. My experience at their Robinson 's Butuan branch was the total opposite of my experience at their SM Lanang Davao branch. After a couple of follow ups with servers whose attention was hard to get, our orders finally arrived. The sizzling squid that I was looking forward to was a huge disappointment! It was tough and chewy giving off the impression that it was reheated and not sizzling at all! I talked to a server about it and I was told that ganun po talaga (it 's really like that). Other dishes like the sinigang were so so. They showed consistency in service S L O W from getting and serving our orders, to getting drinking water (had to make follow ups) and having our glasses refilled, to getting our bill and our receipt."

"OK,so Pizza Hut in Gaisano has the Pizza Hut standard when it comes to their pizza! So far so good! Unfortunately very often they just don't have what they have on their menu!!! Lets NOT even talk about the place itself! Tables and chairs years old or more!(maybe less,maybe more And if you look closely you'll find and see things that are disgusting! Hey If you go to an eatery on the street then don't expect anything,OK! But this is PIZZA HUT,a international Global food franchise! So the STANDARD should be the same every were! Wel, NOT in Butuan!! So enjoy the Pizza and get out! Service really depends on WHO is working! Sometimes its OK,and sometimes YOU really want to take the service charge OUT from the bill,since you really did NOT get any service!"
