"Yoshinoya is a Japanese fast food restaurant known for its beef bowls. Directly translated as Yoshi's shop, since Yoshi is a name, no indicates possession, and ya means shop This place has an area downstairs where you can order food to-go when you're in a hurry but if not, I suggest you visit the second floor shop. Once you make your way up, you'll appreciate the bright orange color that adorns the interiors of the restaurant, in my opinion, it has a cute vibe to it I then ordered the Beef Misono meal. It's a rice bowl with Sukiyaki beef cuts. That's how we call these slices of meat in my former job, but not sure if it's a common term for it....read more"

"My first time here last Friday and I was not disappointed. It's a good idea that they offer gloves for those who like to eat with their hands and utensils for those who don't. Their honey sriracha wings were delicious and it's a good place to hang out with friends after a long day of work. However, it would be appreciated if drinking water were more readily available. But other than that, it was a good dining experience overall."

"Tastes like your regular fastfood; salty chicken + sweet drinks! Service is ok but the place is a little bit crummy. I went here because I was craving for a bacon mushroom melt which I love. Not bad for a weekday lunch."

"You can't help but fall in love with the simplicity and the humble interior of this restaurant. It's small and quite hidden, a perfect getaway with your friends or maybe even your relatives whenever you're into some warm, cosy meals at very reasonable prices. Despite the odd but extremely popular reputation of vegan food being soulless and bland, Wabi Sabi, like many other vegan/vegetarian restaurant nowadays, is anything but.<br> <br> We arrived at Wabi Sabi at about 8:20pm after a long walk. We weren't familiar with the place so we had to ask around.<br> <br> NOTE: Upon asking for directions, just mention The Collective and when you get there, just ask some of the waitresses to get to Wabi Sabi. You'll pass by the comfort rooms and then at the very straight end, you'll find Wabi Sabi beside Juicesabel (Another vegan/vegetarian restaurant that I ought to try next time) on the right side.<br> <br> I ordered the Banh Mi and Mushroom Shumai while my cousin, who wasn't a vegan, ordered the... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"

"We rented a place nearby and wanted to eat dinner within the area. I suggested to check the Collective and we found Wabi-Sabi. The food that they serve are vegetarian meals.<br> <br> It was indeed a good choice! No guilt noodle soup! I ordered tomyum while my dad had viet pho. My mom and brother had tantanmen. We ordered those three because the others were not available. We also added harumaki for sharing. At first, we just ordered one harumaki until we ordered another and then another one! It was very flavorful and chewy. It's like fried tekamaki. The tomyum is sour, not much of a fan for the veggies that tasted odd but I enjoyed it especially the tofu and other cold cuts. The viet pho was like my tomyum except that it wasn't sour and had different toppings. I like the noodles used for tomyum and viet pho which was chewy. A different noodle compared to that of famous Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The tantanmen is sesame oil based so it's for people who like that kind. Although the noodles were just instant the veggies were fresh.<br> <br> The place was just small but I like their staff. They were very accomodating and friendly. I'll definitely be back for their harumaki!"

"After a tiring day, I decided to meet my friend who's around the area at the same time. We opted for the afternoon tea set named Fortune. Macarons are amazing, the Croque Monsieur was nice too, I'm not crazy about the other scone. The tea was great I opted for a hot tea while my friend opted for an iced tea. The service was great and the ambiance was so classy."

"This is one of my secret hideouts that I love to visit when I'm stressed out and had enough people-ing in a day or week. I love how quiet it gets around late afternoon. My favorite spot is the table by the window because from there, I can watch cars drive by along Ayala Avenue while sipping a cup of their very comforting Philippine hot chocolate! They serve rice meals here but (sadly) I'm not really a big fan of Filipino dishes but I really dig their Malunggay Pesto which is SO budget-friendly! I'm obsessed with pesto and though I can have it at different places, so far, I think this is the only place that uses malunggay for pasta around my area. Another thing that lures me back to...read more"

"I've wanted to try Tonkatsuya since then, but I don't have the time even though the location of this restaurant is in Makati. Years have passed, but I still haven't tried Tonkatsuya to the point where I've forgotten its existence due to the sprouting restos in the metropolis. <br> <br> It was 2 weeks ago when I noticed that there was a new Japanese restaurant near me. At first I didn't realize it's Tonkatsuya. It took me 2 long weeks to try their food, still not knowing that it is Tonkatsuya and not just an ordinary Jap place. I just realized everything when reading their menu. <br> <br> I ordered their bestseller, the Tonkatsu set, while my mother had the Ebi tempura set. Everything was excellent! No oil can be seen in the peel, even though it is fried. I love how you can share your order and still get your fill. The only thing missing is the dressing for the cabbage. You have to pay an additional fee for the dressing. However, you can use the Katsu sauce or the Kikoman-like sauce / Japanese soy sauce (not sure what that is) for the cabbage. <br> <br> Cant wait to try the other sets, especially the one with curry! The price is super cheap and you know it's an authentic Japanese restaurant because you will see Japanese people eating there. The staff are very enthusiastic and you will immediately feel at home. Kudos to you! <br> <br> I recommend this place! Try it out now! <br>"

"Had lunch here on a weekday and surprisingly, the place wasn’t that full of customers. I had what I usually order at Tokyo Tokyo Kani Salad, Honey Chicken Teriyaki and Coffee Jelly. Service is quick as they serve the food immediately. The chicken teriyaki was just okay but I really find most of their meals so oily. Their iced tea still tastes great and I love the coffee jelly I never miss getting this whenever I eat there."
