"Be ready for a long wait. as typical for steak and shakes, they never have enough seats. at 11:45 clock for 15 minutes. Of course they don't have a waiting zone and once it was half an hour to get our food. if that had been better than average, it would be a thing. but burgers of mcd, bk and wendy are all better."

"Unfortunately I had a bad experience. The service was slow on an empty Monday night. I order the Crab soup bowl and they brought me a cup with old crackers and a dozen oysters and they came out at the same time with the soup and for my main dish I order the Rock Fish. The presentation of the food was nicely arranged unfortunately the Fish was too salty that the only thing I could taste and the broccoli was over cook. The building and location is beautiful I just wish the food"

"Christmas Brunch was a well-organized and delightfully presented meal. Breakfast items included apple-wood smoked bacon, blueberry infused sausage, grits, oatmeal, meal, scrambled eggs and more. Lunch fare was even more special with split, crab legs, prime rib, “impossible” meatloaf, several varieties of fish, and more. I could not mention the abundant desserts, because I was too full to enjoy! However, I will point out that they had home-made peppermint ice cream. Beverage choices included excellent coffee, juices and unlimited mimosas Stephanie was outstanding as our server; very attentive, thoughtful and prompt. We had never previously dined at Trevi, but will definitely include this as a future choice for high-quality dining in Richmond MINOR drawback was that some seating (including ours) was in the atrium section of the building and this tended to be a bit on the cooler side. We will DEFINITELY return, especially for these types of special events."

"The feeling of the place fits in the neighboring beautiful, picturesque and intimate. Although the menu looked interesting, we chose the salat tub that is better than it sounds. the selections were made from the usual green leaves to the edamame hummus, which was pretty. it was satisfied at a very reasonable price. has tried a crab cake on the side, as it was so famous in the menu. our todling grandchildren were treated very well. all in all, we want to go back when we are back in the opposite."
