"This is a Filipino Turo-turo-style hole in the wall. Like many other Turo-turos (place where you want on what you want on the damper floors behind the counter), it is also super cheap. Your inihaw na baboy (bbq pork on a skewer), is quite good, although I would prefer it if it were tenderer. My favourite is the Kalderetang-Kambing ( Goatmeat, brewed w/ vinegar, garlic, tomato paste, red green paprika, a bit of laurel leaf and chili pepper) – hearty, secretly and the meat falls off the bone!"
