"This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at the Autograph Hotel for a nice light lunch. It’s a mystery how a restaurant could mess up sales that badly. The Caesar salad included ingredients not usually in the Caesar so we ordered one tuna salad one Greek salad. The Greek salad was awful. The tomatoes were not ripe and tasteless, no onions, no oregano, and worst of all, canned black olives you’d use for pizza. The salads took 30 minutes to arrive, when we mentioned the issues with the food, the restaurant didn’t care. It’s really hard to mess up salad, yet they were inedible. Pizza looked ok but I’d recommend finding somewhere else. Truly. One of the worst restaurants I’ve visited, and I’ve lived in the UK (jk)"

"I don’t understand why this restaurant is in the top 10 steak house in Florence, but you should know- it is commercial ordinary restaurant, with average food (Florence steak) and not quite good service (I just want to mention the oldest waiter, who was careless and impudent, he even mentioned that we have to give him tips which is not included in the bill????. Other guys seemed to be ok. This restaurant left me a little disappointed… in comparison of course with other restaurants….maybe I have higher expectations…."

"Just up from San Lorenzo market, in fact we left the building and found ourselves right back in the midst of this! We had a great time wandering around for about 20 minutes looking at all the different foods the market has different sections it appears for meat, fish, veg, oils etc. I think we went in the main entrance and there was a deli counter very close with loads of tourists queuing up etc. if you walk past and keep going all the way through you find other counters that don't really have anyone there apart from the odd local so try these. Really interesting and a nice break from the heat outside."
