"Xage is hands down my fave vietnamese restaurant in surry hills! soooo yum. the Càri gà chicken yellow curry and vegetable is to-die-for. the curry sauce, cooked with hot mint and sweet dried shrimp curry is just delicious. smooth and creamy kind of sauce. the kind, that you want to lick the bowl clean. hehe<br>

in the wok fry department, you gotta try the Asian greens stir fry in lemongrass chilli sauce. sliced carrots, green beans and cucumbers, topped with alfalfa. <br>
