"We came here around 3:30pm on a Saturday and still have yet to get our food two simple grilled cheeses at 4:10pm. There is one cashier and one cook working on a Saturday which is clearly understaffing. I feel bad for the employees. Half the tables are dirty and there’s a stack of about 50 dirty dishes just sitting out on the counter. This place needs to staff more people, especially on a Saturday. Several other people have come in and left because of the wait. Ridiculous that the employees can’t be tipped either. This company clearly doesn’t care about their employees at all or how good their service is. On top of it all two people who JUST ordered their food five minutes ago already got all their food meanwhile we’ve waited twenty minutes for two grilled cheeses."

"I placed a online order so my order would be ready when I came to pick it up. Yes it was ready but the food is a huge disappointment, sandwich didn’t come with half the stuff it was suppose too. Sweet tea was amazing though. I called and told them my issues and the lady took care of us which is great but I wish it just would of been right the first time. If I lived here I would not come back to them."
