"2nd time in a row I’ve placed an order that required a door dash delivery due to them being understaffed with delivery drivers. 1st time (1/28/22) was in January 2022 the food showed up an hour late all 3 boxes were cold. This time (2/25/22) I’m literally typing this review 3 HOURS AFTER ORDERING the order still haven’t arrived from door dash I’ve sat on hold with Donatos and door dash in regards to a refund because not sure where the pizza would be 3 hours later but it’s surely not safe to eat by now. Kara gave me a store credit as a solution when they answered which was nice of her. review update I went back last night to use the store credit that was given for all previous trouble, and everything was cooked well the customer service was great. My advice to anyone is if they don’t have a driver Doordash is involved DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! Thank you Donatos for making the situation right with the store credit. Would have been 5/5, but I was inconvenienced with having to pick the order up in order to use the credit."

"I specifically went to Jet 's this evening to try the cauliflower crust. I have been so frustrated that the major chains around here weren 't jumping on the cauliflower crust popularity. I can 't really eat regular pizza crust but would like the enjoyment of eating a slice of pizza like a normal person instead just scraping off the toppings. Anyway, let me tell you that this was the best pizza I have had in a long time! Jet 's is always the bomb anyway, my favorite pizza by far. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Absolutely wonderful. The crust was crispy, the toppings fresh, and the taste was phenomenal. I didn 't feel like I was missing out on 'real pizza '. The guy who took my order was super friendly and courteous. I really, really, really hope Jet 's keeps this crust. I don 't live near a location to get delivery and the closest location is 15-20 minutes away but I am willing to waste the gas and time to go get this pizza again when the craving hits! Thank you Jet 's! I love you guys!"
