"It was at a seminar held here. Very disappointed with the food service. They served very slowly, salad, steaks, broccoli baked potato. You weren't asked how you wanted to cook steak, mine was good. It was chewing taste lost because overcooked. The broccoli was hard to eat like a rock almost impossible. The potato salad was the best that was served. The greatest disappointment was bread. Now this is an Italian restaurant that you would think they would have delicious warm fresh bread. We were served sliced bread, which looked like they put a bag of sliced bread in a basket. It was cold, had to ask for butter. I will not go back, definitely not as a paying customer. Too many other delicious Italian restaurants in St. Louis!"

"Melody was really great. She really helped me out with gluten-free suggestions. Sky was very nice and checked on us after bringing us our drinks. Very comfortable atmosphere. Melody quickly made corrections on the gluten-free mix-up that happened on an item. My friends really enjoyed the shrimp scampi dish that they had.Dietary restrictions: I had gluten-free pasta with veal. The veal had a red sauce over it instead of it being breaded. I enjoyed the veal that I haven't had in years."

"Made an online order through racanelli?s.com at 7:03 on the 21st went to pick it up at 7:50 and they told me the store was closed I asked him about my order they said ?oh we don?t receive our online orders, you?ll get your money refunded back on the card? however it?s 4 days later the money?s still gone from my card and I have not received any contact back from the store! very unfortunate seeing how when we lived in St. Louis we ate there a lot. We came back for a couple Dr appts for my daughter at the children?s hospital. We go back every 6 months and it?s a restaurant we frequent but will no longer be ordering from there the past few times the experience has been unpleasant and this time they stole for me!"
