"It's just one of those days when we had a sudden hankering for a good ol' hearty feast and our visit to Providore certainly satisfied those cravings We tried the following: 》Crispy Seafood Mayo Roll Fresh lemon dill, romaine lettuce, remoulade sauce on a buttered brioche roll served with freshly fried chips 》Italian Sausage Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta 6-hour sauce, maligns pecorino and basil 》Grilled Pepper Herb US Beef Belly Mashed potatoes, chimichurri sauce and peppercorn au jus 》Lola's Beef Sinigang and Garlic Rice Slow roasted US Beef shortplate, veggies and chilies 》Roasted Turkey Club Crispy bacon, housemade coleslaw, herb omelette, double smoked bacon cranberry sauce etc on a french toast loaf 》Seafood and Rice Skillet Fresh prawns, fish and squid in garlic, parsley, white wine butter special spice served with creamy spinach pilaf 》Cookie Dough Cheesecake 》Ube Tres Leches Where do I even start? So pleased with our dining experience here from the delectable meals (we were so spoilt for choice) to the cosy ambiance and friendly staff. The dishes were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and packed with flavour. The meat/seafood were fresh and you could taste the quality of the ingredients used. The meals were prepared with utmost attention since the balanced flavours complimented each other. Totally impressed with the concept of the space which has a coffee bar, bistro, kitchen provisions, al fresco bar and a retail area with local artisanal products. They offer a wide array of dishes from authentic American meals to home-style Filipino cuisine so there's certainly something that would entice anyone's appetite."

"My friends have been giving this glowing reviews but I only got around to trying this now.<br>

I had such high expectations of the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner that I was a bit underwhelmed by it. I mean it was good but I knew I've had better, say, Bad Bird, Kettle or even freshly cooked KFC. I loved the side veggies but didn't fancy the bacon and cheddar cookie. The mashed po was different and interesting, but not my cup of tea. ⭐️⭐️⭐️<br>

The Warm Brownie Skillet on the other hand gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I can't even begin to describe how good this is. The brownie was really moist, warm, and had just the right sweetness. The mantecado ice cream, salted dulce de leche and dark chocolate syrup were incredible and the almonds sprinkled on it balanced all the sweetness.<br>

Service was friendly, quick, and attentive. I'd give it 5 stars, along with the ambience. I like the layout and acoustics of the place (Does not feel noisy or crowded even when the place is packed). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br>

"Came here for a company dinner. I have to say it is a bit on the higher side but you pay for the quality of the food and service, good ambience although it was a little bit warm. It was a hot day. I ordered the seafood spaghetti which was lovely. Not al dente. San Miguel for beer on tap and tiramisu for dessert. (6/10) I wasn't wowed but it was pleasant. Service was really good."
