"If I could leave 0 stars I would, I have never written a review for anywhere before but please if you value good service, stay FAR away from here. We came to celebrate my moms birthday. First, they lost our reservation. The bartender was extremely rude and ignored many of the people at the bar for 30 minutes. We were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait for a table and after over an hour and a half and plenty of empty tables open around us, the host finally sat us after we reminded him that we were waiting. We then waited another hour after being seated for our food, where they forgot multiple of our dishes that we ordered. Even though we waited over an hour for our food, it came out room temperature. Our soup was dropped on the ground and was never replaced and after all the trouble we went through the manager refused to take the soup that we never received off of our bill. We heard the table next to us complain about their 3 hour wait for their food, so we were not the only ones completely dissatisfied. Unhappy faces all around. To top it all off the food was mediocre and overpriced. Great location for a restaurant, it's a shame the service is so poor."
