"Absolutely loved everything about fazolis completely, the food was phenomenal, customer service was phenomenal! You never ever ever have to worry about anything not being hot, the spaghetti was amazing, lasagna was amazing, the bread sticks now they were the absolute best ever , if you come to bowling Green and you don't go to fazolis just know that you are 100% completely missing out!"

"Pino?s has been my pizza place for years?.not anymore. Today, around 2:30, I went in to dine and chow down on some white pizza. This has been my usual order and it is always good. On this occasion, I order the white pizza and it looks odd. It is basicallypizza dough, with some patches of ricotta cheese and crushed garlic. Where is the mozzarella cheese? The waitress lookedembarrassed when she set it on my table. She saw my reaction and politely took it back to the kitchen. Next thing I hear is theangry yelling from the kitchen, something along the lines of ?that?s how it?s made?! She asked him to please put cheese on thepizza. Needless to say, they made a new pizza and it sucked. The server was awesome and I left a good tip. The kitchen staff areamateurs, rude and don?t have a clue. I?ve had hundreds of white pizzas and have never seen garbage like this before. Pino?s, wehad a good run but I?m over you. I will go to the other local establishment and get treated like a valued customer. Pino?s hasbecome true gas station pizza with employees who don?t care."

"Large menu selection (some may feel that this is a negative) and we chose from the deli sandwiches menu. I had the veggie antipasto side and my husband got the cole slaw. Both were great! I had a wrap and my husband had a panini. We were happy to support a local business and happy that they were willing to fill our personal reusable cup with water for our meal."

"I would have to say this was my sons first job and the manager Brittany today was very unprofessional. Me as a mother and a profession that ran a corporate business for 6+ years know that the way you communicate is everything. My son being a black male today walk into work and was called out In front of all his employees and customers. (1st mistake) 2nd instead of pulling him to the side or stepping outside because Brittany stated they had no where to talk and yes she did be rude to him in front of everyone. But mind you not this is the this first time she has been rude to my son. Every time he works with her he tells me a story about something she did at work that made him uncomfortable and he knew wasn’t right. So to proceed on he called me to pick him up. As I asked her why she did what she did there was no explanation and I was told no one wants to talk to me and the owners are out the country and wouldn’t talk to me anyway if I wanted them too. And that I need to leave the premises before she called the cops as she walks towards me. Mind you not my kids are in the car I’m not rude and I’m not threatened . Just simply waiting on a email address or number to call to see why it’s ok for her to discriminate against my son. But no results and no answers . So now I’m trying my best to see who owns Burger Bowl and if they will speak to me. This is not right and I feel need to be discuss. I’m not a hostile person but when it comes to my kid and him feeling uncomfortable I have a problem with that!Kid-friendliness: Unprofessional"
