"My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant to celebrate his birthday because it was said to be the finest Italian restaurant in the Greater Buffalo area. However, from the moment we came in until the moment we left, we did not feel we were welcome at all. Nor did the staff showed any smile to us. I've been to restaurants in Europe, Asia and other American countries, and trust me, their service is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. We were there to spend money and have a good time. Instead, all we got is terrible service, bad food and very bad mood. I certainly don't want to go there again and will suggest that any restaurant in Buffalo is better than this one. Don't be fooled by those positive reviews! You don't wanna waste your money on the terrible service, bad food and hideous decoration, do you?"
