"If I could give these people negative stars, they are absolutely vulnerable when it comes to customer service. Beautiful business, wide choice, Morons for managers; teaching their job, training their employees on even basic customer service. Fall in point, my last visit asked two stickers where there is an article, first, Well, it could be here, or there, or maybe over there, maybe... Next Stocker I don't know, I just worked here two months... Go to her deli, at least four people who work there, you will only consider occasional, then ignore. I finally ignore after about 5 minutes to meet the guy who's job to help. I declare that he says there is no job... I said not to even recognize a waiting customer. That's not her job. Finally spoke with an assistant manager and got the 20 miles star followed by, well enjoy the rest of your day. YCNMTSU!"

"The place is really good. We got a table without reservation. The hostess was very nice. We ordered the pizza and ravioli. The dough of the pizza was great! The tomato sauce a bit spicy fir my taste but Ok overall. The ravioli were awesome. And the tiramisu was one of the best I had! If you are in Carmel go to this place!"

"We came here to an impromptu evening dinner, and although we had not reserved ourselves, they adapted us to an outdoor table in less than ten minutes. Andi must say I had the best seafood risotto I've ever eaten! You have a great menu and the staff is friendly. Would recommend!"

"We went by to eat with some friends who were visited from the city. We were very lucky to get a reservation at 19:15, although we called in the last minute. The selection of foods was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. Service was fast and friendly. the wine selection is excellent."

"Food-wise: We ordered a bavette steak and to our surprise, it was cut into pieces. The Cioppino was overcooked. Other people in our party had very good entrees, to it's a mixed bag, hence 3 stars. Ambiance-wise: this is the only dog-friendly restaurant I've seen. Dogs were eating bones behind me when we starter our dinner. Value-wise, dinner menu items are slightly overpriced based on the overall quality."

"I love this place. the staff was very friendly. eating was very tasty, love everything we ordered. they will love the food options with Asian fusion. I came with my parents, the Asian cuisine in the meantime preferred, I have crawled for italian. this place has them both. Both decisions were delicious. although the Asian dishes may not be so authentic, but it had its own unique delicacies"

"I've been in this coffee shop for the last few weeks, on my way to work. My usual order consists of a small honey lavender latte with non-fat milk. I must say that the taste of the latte is quite amazing compared to other coffee shops I had. The sweet girls I helped have great service compared to the other locations. And finally, the ambience of the coffee shop is a fantastic one. If I had time and lived closer, I would definitely pass with my laptop, sit down and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee."
