"If you want really understand the italian passion for food and wine you have to visit Ristorante del Casot. It is not only better of quality food but it's for their sense of hospitality. Ivan (the chef) and his family (mother and father) manage a restaurant that seems to be in another planet, it is located at the top of one sweet hill around Asti, it is a quiet place, where time seems go slow, don't come if you in hurry because despite their great service, time will go slow giving you the possibility to live an awesome experience. Must have the : carne cruda , agnolotti al burro e timo (something spectacular) and one of their wine selection. Amazing , I will never stop to come here and suggest, let's make a favour to you: come to eat here at least one time in your life."
