"A cosy cafe with polite staff. One of the more relaxed places on Cuba Street; would be a good place to converse with friends. Coffee is very good. Expect English NZ Cafe fare at the $13 $18 mark, cabinet food options available too. Can't fault it, just needs something stand out to hit 5 star for me."

"This is a wonderful bar, the décor is simple, modern and clean. The staff are genuinely helpful, friendly efficient. The range of well kept craft beers is excellent; good choice of wine too! The atmosphere is casual and friendly. There's often interesting entertainment such as punters being invited to share some of their vinyl collection, live music, pub quiz, pub bingo a great selection of games. The collaboration between Costa Nostra and the Indian restaurant is a great idea; pizzas curries are both to an excellent standard (cutlery provided). It's all a recipe that really works. Definitely worth a visit!"

"Enjoy heavenly pizzas at the Heaven Woodfire Pizza.. super best pizza in town. Prior booking recommended as it is always full. Has to be, they serve the best pizza in town. Do checkout their speciality of the day before checking other pizzas in the menu, it's actually special . Keep it up guys, see you soon"

"We have beeen there with friends for birthday party staff was very nice, friendly and lovely. We all had pasta, pizza, and other things. All food was very yummy and good. We had our cake with the singing for wishing the birthday that was really very great. Will definitely go back there. Thank you for making our dinner best."

"This place is good, but it could have been better. We got the 300g Rib steak medium rare, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The taste and texture were on point. We also ordered a Buffala pizza that was decent enough, but there is better pizza for the same price in Wellington. Lastly, we got a side order of Fried Calamari, which was disappointing. They tasted like they were straight out of a frozen bag you get from the supermarket, plus they were undercooked. The service of the staff was good, and they were friendly. This place may be better during the day. Give it a go if you get a chance."

"Family birthday, 10 of us. Great atmosphere and decor here. Open kitchen.<br/ <br/ I’m vegan and was advised to go wheat free last week (I’m crushed by it is what it is). <br/ <br/ There isn’t much that caters for these on the menu but the staff and kitchen catered to my needs. <br/ <br/ We adjusted a couple of dishes. For starter I had the egg plant stack, and for main the gnocchi with a tomato sauce.<br/ <br/ Both were very enjoyable. The egg plant stack was a great dish. All the elements complimented each other and it was flavoursome.<br/ <br/ The gnocchi was tasty, fresh and filling. <br/ <br/ Our waiter was patient, helpful and friendly, catering and considerate to the whole table.<br/ <br/ I would definitely go back.<br/ <br/"

"It’s all been said already. The food here is amazing. Totally unpretentious just simple and amazingly tasty and I’m going back (probably tomorrow). <br/>It’s taken me 6 months living in Miramar to discover this place. What a find!!<br/>The potato salad is completely out of this world.<br/>I want to give this place a 6."

"Been coming here for years and the service and food has always been beyond my expectations. The menu is great as well as the atmosphere. Cute patio that’s also spacious. Our server was on the ball was patient and had great input. She got me a mocktail that was off menu and on point. Will continue to come here again."

"A roll-out-of-bed-local and I have dined here but wanted to review it as a brunch venue. Housed in a modern and spacious setting which takes advantage of natural light with the whole side facing the road made of glass, there is a mini market with delicious cheeses/Mediterranean food right next door. I ordered the Frittata with a side of creamed mushrooms, and my company ordered the mushroom Panozzo. Both were delicious and reasonably priced too. If you keep your receipt you can get 5% discount at the adjoining min-market. The gelato is worth a slurp too!"
