"What I can say about this restaurant? Are you looking for the original Italian taste? If the answer is yes go to Santini's restaurant in Colligwood. The perfect style, just to use simple words to describe this place. Amazing, gorgeous, everything is perfect and Andrea, the chef, will bring you to discover the Italian recipes as nobody else will do. Also remember to ask for their traditional pizza, you'll never forget it. I remember my tagliata dish, genuine and well cooked slices of tender beef. See you next time."

"We generally enjoy our meals here. Food is good and we find it's one of the better restaurants in the village. But last week when we were about to pay the server said they charge 2% extra for using a credit card. We won't be coming back as long as that's the case."

"I'm from Victoria BC and each year I visit Ontario I always make it here for dinner. I tell my BC friends and customers (used to work in a restaurant) they have to come here if they were visiting Collingwood. Each family member of mine has their own personal favourite dish, but my favourites are the lamb, ANY fish dish and the tiramisu and mousse. A family owns the restaurant and are directly involved in each service, with Mario (the chef) personally greeting each table during the meal. He even poses for photos In a nutshell, you MUST go here. Wish we had something like this in BC. Collingwood is very lucky."
