"I had the halibut and my wife had pizza. The halibut came earlier because the pizza lasted longer so that my wife and I were eating separately. The halibut was very warm and dry. The kitchen waved and slept the halibut... but it was still dry and tasty. Green beans were made from a can and gland. Pizza was thick with blows, but only OK to taste. It was way too much for my wife to take the most home. As soon as I got home, I realized I didn't get my salad! The wine was good, but the portions were small. The bread was dry. We ordered chocolate cake for dessert and it was just a box mix with chocolate syrup upstairs. Half the cake was dry and the other half was OK. I wish I saved my money... we wouldn't be back. The only good experience about our visit was the server... I think her name was Millie. Very attentive, friendly and personal."

"A HUGE THANK YOU …Thank you THANK YOU to the BIG Kels staff for jumping into action with a 20 minute notice to host my sister’s metastatic breast cancer event! Due to the rainy cold unexpected weather we were not able to be outside. We had about 100 people attend throughout the evening and the BIG KELS staff were fabulous, the food and event room was fantastic! We are so grateful for all who attended and for Big KELs opening their doors to us in a time of need!"
