"Wow Gabriel you have outdone yourselves this time! We ordered tonight...a Monday night at 5:13 pm. Was on the phone with the agent for 7 minutes (cell call log doesn't lie). Ordered 2 Large combination pizzas. We were told 45-55 minutes for the delivery! We waited and it didn't show up so we called to be told that their order time and ours didn't match...they added 5 minutes on to the time and then we were told its 54 minutes not 45. We asked the gal on the phone is there a guarantee for delivery time? To which she replies "yes it's 55 minutes but it's only been 52" (occurring to their time). We ask for a manager because then she says we don't really do anything with regards to our guarantee...Manager "Eli" speaks with us and by this time it's been an hour and the driver shows up at the door while we are speaking with Eli. Eli is full of excuses which include:1) it's only been 58 minutes2) there is no guarantee 3) it's raining out4) the Findlay Creek location was really busy and didn't tell us at the order taking centre.......Our pizza is cold and we have to hear it up to eat it! Looks bad and not fresh! Eli offers us a big $5.00 credit off our NEXT order...not a discount off this order! He says he will send out others and replace these as they are cold....who wants to wait another hour?! What crap!$45 order, late, cold and not fresh! And we are offered a $5 discount off the next order? Wow! What are the odds I will order again? And the pizza shop is a 5 minute drive from our place!!!!!Very disappointed and frustrated and not even hungry anymore! How insulting! No thanks Gabriel Findlay Creek, Ottawa!"

"As we had made for the reservation that I had made online about the link on the website of east side mario, we were informed by the hostess that they have no longer checked online reservations and therefore we had no reservation. we said it was about 30 minutes waiting for a table. we decided not to wait and find another restaurant that could take us without waiting."
