"I have been at parque la ruina several times. All the times the experience was great. It has different food trucks where you can eat different type of food. All different food trucks i tried were excellent. It also has a part where they sell craft beer, and they are delicious. The atmosphere there it is also excellent mainly when there is life music. High recommend place if you want to enjoy great food in a excellent atmosphere."

"Como casi todos los Italiannis, este cumple muy bien con casi todo, digo casi, ya que la atencion es bastante deficiente, el tiempo de espera para que te atiendan supera los 10 minutos, despues el tiempo para que tu comida sea servida supera hasta los 30, en fin, soy cliente asiduo de estos restaurantes, pero el de Hermosillo me quedo a deber"

"Had a great time with the family, we celebrated the completion of a woman training, we ordered paninis, calzone and spaghetti. eating was great, the tarros chelados rocked the night when they were really delicious. there was a football game in the night and. the personal watched the game, had to stand 2 times to get service, the fucked up and caught me on the parking lot to calculate me the correct amount. so, in general great eating, great drinks, bad service (cuz of the game) and beautiful facilities."

"The restaurant does not look very nice but the food is quite good. Especially the local Sonora dishes! It has a nice terrace where you can have dinner at night. I do not recommend it during the summer days as the temperature is too high...to feel comfortable!"

"My man and I visited the restaurant on los blvd last night, restaurant was quiet when we arrived. server was friendly didn't know what the house was red wine, what we thought was strange as server they should know their weeping. appys came in about ten. twelve minutes after the order they were the portobello mushrooms and the brusetta both were very good. the main course was salmon lemon and the pork chops with apricot sauce were both really good."

"To start, this restaurant is not called Los Lagos. That is the community and golf course in which it is located. It is called Calafate and for this reason, it is listed twice in trip advisor (this one, and the one under it's real name). I would recommend you visit both listings as the reviews are nearly opposite of each other.I live in Hermosillo and have been to Calafate a couple times. It is a clean, modern looking restaurant with impressive views of the golf course. The size and design is very much like what you find at Bermejo's (another restaurant in town). It's nice.The service is hit and miss. As other reviewers have noted (here and on the other review), some staff are quite friendly and attendant, while others are rather less so. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, so that annoys me. Customer service in Mexico is abysmal by American standards. That's to be expected at most places. But not restaurants at this price point. As an example, on my last visit, just securing a menu took about 15 minutes. We were the only table in the restaurant at the time and the staff were most entertaining themselves at the bar. The food was the most disappointing part about the restaurant. This too is a common trend among nicer restaurants in Hermosillo. Good staff and a nice looking restaurant just doesn't cut it. The kitchen is just woefully incompetent. From menu design, to execution. The 'Argentinean' salad offered is lettuce and a few tomatoes on a plate with olive oil. They cut a head of lettuce in half an put it on a plate and call it a salad. Certainly they could have found someone that could do better than that? I had the salmon. It was undercooked (ie raw in the middle) and smelled less than fresh (salmon should not smell fishy). One of my dinner guests had the Chilean bass, also undercooked. The rest of the dishes at my table were equally unimpressive. The restaurant offers a lunch buffet at 350 pesos (which is roughly $28 dollars). It doesn't look bad, but the price seems a bit steep for what is offered. Most of the entrees will run a but higher when you add in the sides. The sides are not included with the overpriced meals. That's also annoying as the price of the meal averages around $40 dollars when you add in the sides. I will say however, that the side of potatoes and asparagus were really quite excellent. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant. They are just consistently bad with their food, but at prices that are higher than most other fine dining restaurants in town. For this venue, you would do much better eating at a place like Bermejo, where the kitchen is run by a spectacular (and nationally recognized) chef."
