"Friendly and accommodating staff. Unbeatable prices for good portion sizes and quality food. Freakin' awesome Italian fresh pasta dishes you can order as early as they open. This time I ordered a spaghetti puttanesca and it came in minutes a dish hard to find in London as it's not particularly popular but I wanted the noodles to never end. The decor feels like you've gone back in time. Lots of posters and things up which adds charm. A very genuine space that makes it warm and enjoyable. I will be back to work my way through all the pasta dishes."

"Couldn't really say that I have been here as I was appaled by the service and left before I could experience such awful atmosphere. Met some friends here as they had already ordered lunch so thought we could join them by having a coffee and wait for them as it is a cafe.<br br/>Walked into the cafe which had a self service counter as you walk in, was not greeted by anybody so assumed we could sit in and order when we were ready. Asked the waitress if we could order coffee and she told us rudely we had to wait as there were two tables in front of us. After minutes we decided to leave without the coffee as the waitress was rude and a minute wait for coffee was just ridiculous. She finally came to us and we told her we changed our minds and she took our menus away from us without saying anything.<br br/>At least the toilet facilities were nice, that's why Lara scores point! We wished our friends good luck on their lunch as they had already ordered and were waiting to eat. We left our friends but they gave us feedback saying they waited minutes for their lunch meals and their lasagne had little mince beef and slices of ham inside (pork in beef lasagne? <br br/>I hope this was a one off for Lara's as the cafe has lovely decor and could have potential to grow but the service was a real let down. The staff need to be trained on how to make their customers feel valued not make them feel like they are an inconvenience. I wish them all the best in developing this Italian cafe."
