"You sit there nicely at the edge of the marketplace. the interior area is furnished with different sizes of the tables and number of seats. to eat, I ate a pizza, tasteful was good. service left to wish, coasters were thrown on the table. the waiter found fun. that's a taste thing at the gas. very long waiting for the food."

"Wer einmal hier war, gehört schon zur Familie: Die Begrüßung ist herzlich und voll italienischer Lebensfreude, die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, das Essen köstlich. Vor allem die Gerichte der Tageskarte sind einen Versuch wert: Dorade und Loup de Mer auf Mangold mit Rosmarinkartoffeln, dazu einen venezianischen Weisswein, ein panna cotta als Dessert und zum Abschluss einen exquisiten Grappa zum Espresso. Die Verabschiedung ist noch herzlicher als die Begrüßung - wie gesagt, ein Stück Italien in Kalkar - oder ein Stück Heimat in Deutschland?"
