"Fine dining in a really calm part of Lekki Edit: Visited twice again and the experience remains super. They’re doing some work on the building so it was just us there that evening/night. But the food was excellent as usual. Thought to come back here with a few more picture."

"The place has an awesome vibe, and I had a great time there. It's also a cool spot to get some work done. The pizza I had was fantastic, with a thin crust which is how I prefer my pizza. I heard they actually serve authentic Italian pizza. The atmosphere is really chill too. However, their customer service is a bit lacking and they don't offer a wide variety of drinks (even though I enjoyed my fruit juice). Despite that, I'll probably go back again to try a different pizza because I genuinely had a good time."

"Nothing spectacular. Guess I will need to visit more to understand why this is a favourite with locals. Or maybe I got the wrong good impressions. The bruschetta was uber creamy and not my thing. The mushroom sauce was spectacular if I must say but the cod was absolutely tasteless. They make their own ice cream, the rum and raisins was not bad. The pizza from the pizzeria came in hot and tasty. The service can be improved upon though, when it comes to new customers"

"Basilico is located on Musa Yaradua, which in my opinion is the best stretch of road got restaurants in Lagos. There is substantial parking available, and the restaurant is fairly easy to locate. There is a rustic but cost atmosphere in the restaurant, and the have a good variety of sitting options available. The service was really good and the food great, but my only issue was the lack of cocktails and dessert wines available. This has been one of my best Lagos restaurant experiences. Price Quality Service"

"The pizza I ordered was really good, they were generous with the cheese, sauce (meat supreme, I think it was called). The crust wasn 't too thin or thick and it was so properly done. I have their number stored. This is my new 'go to ' pizza spot."
