"This place was recommended by a friend who had eaten there in the past and bragged how good the sandwiches were. Obviously this place is under new management now, since the sub I had was one of the worst ever. Dry, and very bland. I called to place the order and was rushed through the entire phone call. cooked bacon was left uncovered on a piece of brown paper towel on the counter. In addition the drink cooler door was left wide open. mmm warm pop. : Never again. Lot's of other options out there."

"We were so relieved to find this food court in the beautiful Fallsview Resort. Here was a chance to buy an economical lunch (I recommend the Subway counter under the escalators) and sit down in a pretty place, which opens up to a large terrace. Nice restrooms, too. The Incline Railway is nearby, out the back, in case you want to head down to the falls without doing a lot more walking ($2.50 per person, though)."

"We love the Rainbow Room Restaurant at the Crowne Plaza Niagara.the highlight is our waiter Zlatko who makes everyone feel welcome, and provides outstanding service. he has his heart in the job, and it shows. truly exceptional service.the fresh made to order eggs, omlettes, and waffles are outstanding.we really enjoyed our visit, and starting with an excellent quality breakfast, and the happy disposition of Zlatko, and his colleagues, makes all the difference.looking forward to returning already.Highly recommend."

"We have been in at least 5 times. The food is not really constant. That's a good and bad thing. Each time the chef puts a nice spin on our normal order. It's personable and thoughtful though some times we appreciate it just to be what we ordered. This time we tried a new appetizer. The meze platter I think. We read it as kind of a antipasto. It was delicious! Though menu says feta and we got cubed mozzarella. Good portion for 2-4 people. We will Def order it again. It would have been nice with some oil, or hummus or something to complete it. Our rado pizza we added a few extra things like grilled chicken and spinach and goat cheese. It was delicious! ! Like amazing! You can't beat that wood pizza oven thing airy dough! Though that pizza is suppose to be no sauce and we had tomato sauce on it. Either way... we loved it! It's our second favourite spot in the city for pizza! And we are picky Italian pizza people. Service was good. New girl but had no problem saying I'll find out for you. At least 3 tables were pampered by the busy chef who knew what they wanted to order. He puts his own spin on it. Love the quaint ambiance and friendly feel. Be back again. As always."

"Our yearly visited always ends with a trip to what was our favorite italian ristorante in Niagara BUT....this year was a DISAPPOINTMENT.We ordered 2 appetizers of calamari which normally would have accomodate our family of 5....but when it got to the table we were shocked to find barely 5 pieces of calamari in each of the 2 plates????? Almost $15 each???? Three of of us had pasta 2-spaghetti alla chitarra and 1- tagliatelle al funghì and 2 had pizza. Must say flavour is still Delicious BUT when spending close to $160 you better had fed my family in true Italian fashion.This is not an over the top fancy resto where portions don't accommodate forks...but perhaps they are looking to go in that direction? Regardless they've lost these loyal customers."

"For a grocery store, they do have excellent food. The bistro is always busy so get there early for lunch. It's a unique grocery store, love walking about and looking at their products. It can be a little expensive but nice to purchase a few treats."
