"First off the positives: the place is quite relaxing and cozy, good selection of music, service is good, and the staff is polite. A peaceful and tranquility dining location. Now onto the bad...the food is very forgettable. The capers were the size of olives...they should be more pea size. The veal was rubbery. Marsala sauce was tasteless. Mushrooms probably came from a can. The food came out suspiciously fast. Basically they tasted like frozen microwave dinners. Maybe because it was Sunday night. But I hope other people have a better dining experience than we did."

"I have been there 3 times, but only because I love the French Dip that Schlotzky 's makes. I 've never had one at this location because every time I go in, they 're miraculously out of French Dips and I leave. I guess I 'll have to go to Beaumont for one! The employees also have garbage manners. I am calling corporate in the morning because if anything helps service get better, it 's feedback."

"One of the best made to order burger's in the area. Disappointed with the fried onion rings, fries and shrimp. Fries and rings were soggy like they had marinated in oil. Fried shrimp had more salt than cornmeal, plus they were just slightly larger than jumbo popcorn shrimp. I would expect a better quality of shrimp considering how close we are to the Gulf of Mexico. I'm sadly disappointed. Loved the decor. Wait staff a bit slow, but I'll not rush people for quality. I can't see me returning for just a burger though."

"Excellent experience! at the beginning when we went into the loading, at least some staff welcomed us friendly, and they took our orders. our food was made immediately and delicious! I could buy my delicious meatball sub and a bag of chips with a (each size) drink for only about 12-13 dollars. Although it is not quite as cheap as eating with wendy’s or mcdonald’s, quality is more than for the price difference. according to my opinion, this restaurant is better than subway that is similar expensive. definelty will go back!"

"Have always enjoyed this Italian restaurant. I remember my father and I eating here together, he loved it, he brought my stepmother back to eat here. unfortunately my father juli died in 2021 from cancer. that was the last place where we had to go to a father and daughter's dinner. this owner and the employees are also so nice. reasonable price for such great eating. Thank you."

"Waited in line and nobody took my order. A guy told me that another person will take my order and pointed to a woman. Went over to her and she decided to turn around and start talking to the rest of the workers. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited and still no service. Just had to turn around and leave."
