"Beautiful evening with friends and family. large parts of starters and pizza. the starters were average with little taste. pizza was nice, the restaurant was clean with good decor and the staff was polite and helpful. good value for money with average spending for each person."

"Nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit haben wir freundlich nachgefragt, bestellen zu dürfen. Nichts passiert. Nach 10 weiteren Minuten erneut nachgefragt. Leider erfolglos...Nach weiteren 10 Minuten und gefühlten 15 Gästen, die nach uns kamen, aber bedient wurden, wurde mein "Hallo" dann doch etwas lauter. Immerhin waren wir 5 Gäste inklusive einer Behinderten. Die Dame vom Service (=Chefin, wie ich später lernen durfte), fühlte sich leider immer noch nicht angesprochen und als ich mich dann etwas unmutig auf den Weg ins Cafe machte, um ihren Kollegen zu fragen, ob es hier bestimmte Kriterien bei der Reihenfolge der Bestellaufnahme gäbe, die wir offensichtlich nicht erfüllten, fand sie das leider gar nicht konstruktiv und erklärte mir aufgebracht, sie sei die Chefin und hat mich mit einen "Das muss ich mir nicht gefallen lassen. Auf Wiedersehen" rausgeworfen. Es war heiss und voll heute, sicherlich ein stressiger Tag, aber ein Minimum an Professionalität und Freundlichkeit sollte man als zahlender und – in den ersten 60 Minuten – auch freundlicher Kunde dann doch erwarten dürfen. Wir sind dann ins Eiscafe Pinocchio in der Weißkreuzstraße, sehr freundliches Personal, schneller Service und klasse Eis. Respekt!!!"

"Zum Frühstück ist es mitlerweile unser Stammhaus! Da wird geboten was das Herz begehrt, dann braucht man den ganzen Tag nichts mehr essen! Wir treffen uns immer mit Freunden dort und verbringen immer schöne Stunden dort ob morgens oder abends! Es stimmet einfach alles vom Ambiente, das wird übrigens immer schöner, gibt immer Veränderungen, das Essen sehr große Auswahl und vor allem das freundliche Personal, man fühlt sich einfach wohl!!!"

"During a short stay in Saarlouis, we were recommended by acquaintances to the ice cream cafe Paradiso in the Roden district, because there are fancy homemade ice creams that can hardly be obtained anywhere else. Consequently, we visited this ice cream café last summer. The ice cream café is unfortunately a bit very remote and you have to look for it. But obviously, the quality has also spoken around orally. The small café was well visited for a working day afternoon. The exact names of the many different really unusual types of ice are no longer memorable. Only so much is left to hang that these creations were really extraordinary and partly very different from the one that is usually available in the ice cream parlours. Some of us had doubts as to whether something like this is going to happen. That's why we had ordered two of these fancy varieties and were very done. Spicy ice cream, where there's something like that. We were more than satisfied. Prices are within the framework, more cost-effective than usual. The operator and his servicing staff were very friendly and also volunteered to provide information about your creations. A homepage of the café is unfortunately not available. Conclusion: Nice little ice cream café, cosy furnishings. Very nice and friendly service. Top-class and exceptional ice creams. Cleanliness is ok. If we're back in summer, we'll have a visit there."
