"La carte est impressionnante tant pour les plats que pour les vins....mais, la plupart sont en rupture de stock. Sur une carte proposant 8 poissons, seuls trois sont disponibles. Il en est de même pour les vins. Au bout du bout quand vous trouvez un plat, il faut reconnaître qu 'il est bien servi et de qualité."

"I've been there last January 2014. I went to the place 3 times, one to have lunch and the others two to have dinner. I've tried the chicken and the meat (Lomo). And also the very caracteristic dish: Empanadas. It's a good place. Good music not too loud, and also you can eat outside which is advisable if the weather is good."

"We came here on the advice of our guide book. It is a small hole in the wall, with a mix of locals and tourists. You are served by the smiley owner and while there was no menu, we knew we were there for the...empanadas and managed with basic Spanish. We started with 3 of each queso, carne and pollo. They take a while to come out (because they are being hand made and baked), but we sipped on local beer and enjoyed people watching out the window. We ate a A LOT of empanadas on our 3 week trip across Argentina and these were by far the best. The carne filling had a rich gravy, queso was gooey and pollo was yummy. A spicy salsa was served with them which is apparently very specific to Salta. We ended up ordering 2 more! All in all, the 8 empanadas and a litre bottle of Salta beer cost 450 pesos. This same place was also pointed out to us later on by locals when we were on a waking tour as the best place in Salta for empanadas. Go here!!"

"(español abajo) unfortunately for these beautiful delicacies, the workers here refused to give us other attention than to keep my partner from making photos of the display cabinets wonderful series of cheese and cold cuts. he spoke in English, provided that we have not understood Spanish. by our look and did not check whether we wanted something (what we did in any case) and then returned to do nothing. one of the other workers seemed happy to clean the display cabinets (clearly to photograph clean) instead of approaching us for help. we waited for up to ten minutes, in which both service men helped two other people who came after us and did not make any eye contact with us. we are beautiful people who smile and do not react badly to public places and should not have attracted this kind of behavior. we will not return, but we really wanted to try their beautiful selection of local and Argentine regional means of living. desafortunadamente para este hermoso sensitivessen, los trabajadores aquí se negaron a prestarnos que no detener a mi compañero de tomar fotos de los gabinetes de visualización maravillosa variedad de quesos y fiambres. habló en inglés asumiendo que no entendimos español por nuestra apariencia y no revisó si queríamos nada (que definitiveamente lo hicimos) y luego volví a hacer nada. uno de los otros trabajadores parecía estar feliz de limpiar los gabinetes de visualización (ob encontrarnos hasta diez minutos. en el que ambos servicios de servicio ayudaron a otras dos personas que entraban después de nosotros y no hicieron contacto con nosotros. conozca a nosotros. personas que sonríe a las personas que sonríen y no reaccionan mal en lugares públicos y no debería habr atraído este tipo de comportamiento. no volveremos fuera de las estrictas y restricciones, siempre que el deseo realmente desea probar sudorantía de comidas locales y argentinas."

"This place has fabulous empanadas and the regional specialty stew — like a thick sausage and pork soup with beans.... Locro. We had lunch there and it was just perfect. Extremely good food and a nice vibe. It is an authentic Argentinian restaurant and definitely...worth the visit if you are in Salta."
