"Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños con un grupo de amigos, entras por la terraza, no hay nadie que te salude o de la bienvenida de indicaciones, nadie, tuvo q entrar a buscar al mesero para que nos indicaran la mesa, el grupo se fue agrandando y no habia nadie pendiente del servicio, de poner otra mesa... Etc. Los meseros con mala imagen, sin uniformidad al vestirse, no es que sean groseros sino que se nota que no estan capacitados para brindar un servicio. No saben tomar comandas, el vino blanco lo sirvieron en copa de tinto...Podria ser muy bueno, el sitio es bonito, la terraza es agradable, las silla de la terraza son incomodas y viejas, al cabo de varias horas se les acordo que tenian musica ambiental... Espero que no tomen a mal los comentarios sino para mejorar, nos gustaria regresar, tienen el toque de buena comida."

"This is a coffee chain, and normally we would avoid such places, but the espresso is decent enough. Service is ok, although there is often pressure to buy more coffee than you need. Lots of empty shelves though that make it look half-bare. The real reason to have a coffee here though, is the beautiful colonial courtyard featuring numerous comfortable armchairs, and some smaller bronze aluminium tables. The courtyard is near perfection for relaxing while having a coffee."

"Ate here 3 times, first time the pizza was great and we had a very tasty salad even though both were too small, the salad even though we ordered the larger side would be more classed as a side salad not a main. We left fairly happy customers. A couple of nights later we purchased a take away pizza here as my other half was poorly in the hotel room and that was also tasty. The third time...well it felt like a totally different place...the waitress took our order while not looking at us once and communicating with other tables behind us. When the pizza came out it was ridiculously thin, there is thin crust then there was this thing it was so over cooked and thin it was like eating a pizza with a walkers crisp as the base. We tried in our best Spanglish to explain we weren’t happy and sent it back...next came almost an hour of staff coming over to try and figure out what the problem had been then they basically ignored us. There was hardly any staff working and those that were were highly incompetent, at one point a Mexican family had been waiting so long for plates and cutlery with their cooked pizza waiting on their table that they just got up and left without paying, it was a joke. After an hour had passed we lost our patience and paid for the beer we had and left...how can they get it so wrong!?!"

"Six of us decided to give Los Delfines a try for dinner. We arrived just 5 minutes before sunset, which was spectacular! We were quickly seated at two tables right on the malecon and to our surprise we were the only folks there at 6:15pm. Our waiter quickly took our drink orders and then proceeded to bring out 5-6 free appetizers, which we consumed with gusto. Then came the announcement that the chefs closed the kitchen at 7pm (it was aThursday evening) since they were primarily a lunch place. We looked over the menu and as it would happen, we all ordered something different. My wife had the Shrimp Tropical which was incredible. A couple others had the fresh fish cooked in different ways, one had a gluten free serving and someone else had shrimp, grilled with garlic and butter. That left me and I ordered up the crab claws. The waiter looked at me and asked if I wanted this myself. I said absolutely! When the food was served I realized that a single order would easily feed two or even three people! Since there were no sides we dug in. I poached a couple of my wife's Tropical shrimp in exchange for a crab claw and gave one other claw to my good friend Juan. We all agreed that we had just had one of the best and freshest seafood dinners we had eaten in a long time. We had excellent service and the atmosphere was perfect; we were the only guests and had a great view looking over the Bay of Campheche. When we asked the waiter if he could call us a couple of taxis, he responded with an offer that he would do better, they had a van to take us back to the hotel! We climbed in and had an easy ride back to our hotel! Five stars for everything!"
