"I went to Franco Manca a few years ago (before I went vegan) and was impressed by their pizza, so I decided to return with some friends and give their vegan options go. I liked the feeling of the restaurant it has a nice atmosphere and cozy furnishings, and the staff was very friendly, but I was a little disappointed with the menu that wasn't as vegan friendly as I hoped. They have a vegan special every day and allow you to swallow Mozzarella for Violife vegan cheese on any pizza, but beyond that there is not much choice and it was not completely clear which pizzas would be vegan if the cheese was exchanged. I went to number 2 pizzas consisting of tomatoes, violife cheese and basil, and I added mushrooms as an additional topping. My girlfriend went for the vegan special of the day that Paprika and vegan mint had as toppings (and they also added the mushrooms). The pizzas were delicious and fresh (and for under £10 they are really good) but I was not blown away. I think that in Purezza a few times ago I was a bit pampered with pizza, but Franco Manca is definitely worth a visit if you want a good pizza for a reasonable price!"

"Very busy on a Saturday with many families with lunch. Really enjoyed their veganuary special with beet root, spicy vegan ‘meat’ and spinach. Always have vegan options, they use Violife cheese"

"I was so gassed to go here, her menu looks so amazing. vegan chicken wings? vegan pizza? vegan burger? vegan milkshakes? but nope. vegan chicken wing means flower fleas. I opened the (small) box and the half of it was full. I counted it as if they had forgotten the half of my order, counted and nope! Five! each wing is the size of my little finger. and of flower cabbage. 9.69 for a handful of cauliflower, a half carrot and 2 pickles as my side of the vegetables, and a bottle of water. the sauce was delicious and there were so many options, but I can't explain the disappointment at all."

"This was the only place we could find in the region east dulwich and served a good selection of vegan dishes. the vegan brunch was surprisingly delicious, an unusual and refreshing combination. the black chick pea hummus was a joy at the toast would go back!"
