"Not a busy Wednesday evening, took my two sons out to dinner. Arrived around was seated and then ignored. Had to flag down a waitress to place our order and wait a further minutes for food which was nothing out of the ordinary....Americano, margarita and a lasagne. When the pizza arrived it wasn’t sliced and saw the other table offered a pizza cutter to slice theirs. Child’s margarita pizza was warm so anyone’s guess how long it was sitting before being brought to us.Two tables that arrived way after us, one of which had men all somehow got their order taken and food brought out to them before us. Was equally slow to get the attention of any staff to get the bill. Will never step foot in here again. Service extremely poor and not worth the visit."

"The pizza is good but delivery service really poor and slow. Despite living 5 minute drive away we have been waiting 1.5 hours so far, and still waiting.....I have eaten their pizza before hence reason for my order tonight but doubt I’d order again with such poor delivery service"

"We’ve always liked Prezzo wish there was one in Chertsey! We’d been shopping and chose Prezzo as it has a good choice of food and more upmarket ambience compared to the other fast food places close by. We were served by Sonia both times she even remembered us from last week! Sonia was really lovely and friendly and good quick service. We shared a large bottle of Peroni and both had burgers, cooked perfectly. Thanks for a lovely Saturday afternoon."
