"This place is a little gem and great value for money. My mother and I stayed in the twin room which was very clean, very spacious and most definitely comfortable. Parking was right outside out room. We had a meal in the restaurant at night...and although a small menu the food was delicious, my steak was cooked to perfection. I had a small little potato with a very smiley face on my plate. We have kept Mr Potato and he now lives in Scotland. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, very attentive and we had a great giggle about Mr potato. The breakfast was excellent my mother had a cooked breakfast and I chose the eggs Benedict."

"Must say been going here now for over 10 years and still not had a bad breakfast. All cooked fresh and the owners are so child friendly. Best place in town and always a must before a 6 nations match, before heading into town."

"This is a lovely place! We enjoyed their Sunday menu of two courses for £18.50. Only around five options per course but a good range. Both courses were very rich so great for a treat."

"Went in just before Christmas and unfortunately for the business the restaurant wasn't very busy. The food that was ordered was tasty and nicely arranged and the service was friendly and prompt. The decor is really nicely done and spotlessly clean. The only criticism I would have is there are very few steak options but what they did have was very tasty and the prices were reasonable. Service: Dine in"
