"Hippo is still hippo. menus, plates that are standard enough to know what to expect. but the service is super long (weekly however.) it must be taken several times to get its complete order. Then the meat cooking is to be seen again. clearly. A meat ordered stabbing arrives to a point. So it's not too cooked. No, not terrible for a sign that places the pleasure of eating meat in the heart of its activity. Not good."
